My fees reflect the time, preparation, and legal responsibilities involved in creating and delivering your ceremony. This includes meetings, drafting your ceremony, completing all required legal paperwork such as the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM), Declaration of no Legal Impediment to Marriage (DNLIM) and your Official Certificate of Marriage (OCM), and officiating your ceremony on the day. Travel, rehearsal, and any additional requests may be factored into the final cost. Clear pricing ensures there are no hidden charges, so you know exactly what’s included before we begin.
Legally Yours - A Heartfelt Elopement From $500*
"Heartfelt Legally Yours Elopement" is a no-fuss, intimate ceremony designed to legally bind you and your partner with a personal touch, perfect for couples seeking a straightforward yet meaningful commitment that is simple and authentic.

- 1 x 30 minute meeting to lodge your NOIM and break the ice.
- In depth explanation, preparation and lodgment of all legal documents.
- Correspondence via phone and email if required.

- In depth explanation, preparation and lodgment of all legal documents.
- Correspondence via phone and email if required.
- Ceremony script that includes legal requirements, a ring exchange, personal vows and any readings you want included (Please note that this is not a personalised ceremony)
- Rehearsal, in preparation for your ceremony (*Location agreed on and extra fees if travel is required out of the Toowoomba Region)
